If you have an urgent need to set-up or modify a user, please use the CPS administration application.

An update will be provided at 10 a.m. PT (1 a.m. ET) or sooner if access has been restored.

Central 1 is aware that User Management (UM) is currently unavailable to add new, delete or modify existing users access rights to the secure site.

If you have an urgent need to set-up or modify a user, please use the CPS administration application.

Central 1’s technical teams are investigating.
