This issue was resulted from operating system security updates, which prevented the solution from being able to facilitate transactions.

Those settings were reverted and the issue was resolved.

Update
PPMC transactions on the Mastercard network (which comprise the majority of traffic) are now flowing normally, but not those on the Pulse network. We're continuing investigation on this problem.

We are aware of an issue that may impact the ability of ProPay Mastercard users to pay or make ATM withdrawals. Our teams are assessing the extent of the issue we will provide an update shortly. We believe this only affects ProPay card holders only, with no impact on processing otherwise.
