This incident has been resolved. The Entity Management API endpoints remain fully functional and all impacted Managed Services ETLs have been successfully run.

We have resolved the issue - the Entity Management API endpoints are once again fully functional. This incident only impacted Entity Create and Update endpoint requests that applied Entity Templates, starting on January 16th 10:55 AM EST.
We will be re-running all Managed Services ETLs that may have failed during this time window. We will provide an update once all impacted ETLs have successfully run.

We have identified an issue that is causing a subset of Management API Entity endpoint requests to fail. We are working on a fix and will provide an update as soon as possible.
