The issue has been identified and a solution implemented. Automox are currently monitoring the fix now.

Investigating
Currently there is an intermittent issue where devices will show the incorrect states for devices such as devices connected showing as disconnected and disconnected devices showing connected. This could impact scheduled policy runs within Automox.
