TCP Timeouts on US SIP Proxy

Update
During the time frame 16:05 - 16:50 UTC, we identified TCP timeouts with our US SIP Proxy. This affected inbound, outbound and on-net calls.

The same issue also impacted our Call Control and TeXML products during that same time frame. Although, these services only experienced issues with inbound and on-net calls.

Everything continues to show green across the board as we monitor for lingering issues.

Update
Our changes look to have resolved the issues we were facing across SIP Trunking, Call Control and TeXML.

We're continuing to monitor for any remaining issues at this time.

We've made a change to our SIP proxy that looks to have resolved the outbound calling issue.

We're currently still working on resolving the issues relating to Call Control and TeXML.

This issue also seems to be impacting Call Control and TeXML. We're further investigating the connection between these issues.

This incident affected: Programmable Voice - Voice API (US), SIP Trunking - Signaling Regions (US), and Programmable Voice - TeXML (US).
