Update
Twilio is continuing its investigation and has discovered that Flex Platform is also having elevated errors and request latencies. They are continuing to work on a resolution. Twilio Conversations and Programmable Chat APIs are also impacted. We will provide an update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
