The issue is only impacting Sandbox environments.
Our engineering team continues to work with AWS to resolve this issue.

Due to AWS incident that started on July 10th and is still in progress, Archive users in the UK region might notice degradation in search performance. We are actively working to restore performance together with our AWS partners.
