Job report/history delays have returned to normal.

Monitoring
Beginning about 08:20 PST today, we detected increased delay in the recipe job history display. Jobs are executing, but the display is lagging in reflecting the new jobs. We have implemented a mitigaction and are monitoring recovery in the relevant queues.
