Update
We would like to inform you that we have recently become aware of an issue that occurred between our payment partner and their associated bank. Consequently, there has been a delay in depositing funds, originally scheduled for June 28th. The deposits are anticipated to be processed and reflected in your accounts by 16:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the resolution process. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates on the matter later this week.

Monitoring
A number of Canadian sub-merchant accounts will experience a payout delay. A small number of accounts will receive their June 26th payouts on June 27th. At the same time, for the majority of all Canadian accounts, the June 27th payouts will have a 10 hours delay in deposit. Our teams are currently monitoring the situation and working closely with are payment partners.
