All comprehensive reports, settlement files and merchant settlement file are now available. This incident is resolved.

Most comprehensive reports, settlement files and merchant settlement files are ready to go.

We know we are still missing comprehensive reports for GRS and Studio Pro. We are also missing GRS's regular settlement file. Teams are working to get those two Products in a good spot.

Investigating
Regular settlement files, comprehensive reports and merchant settlement files will not be available by 9:00 a.m. eastern this morning.

ProPay is aware of an issue affecting the delivery of morning reports. They implemented a change to address the issue and anticipate delayed files will be delivered over the next several hours.

We will send an update as soon as we have more information and when the files are available.
