List processing and workflow enrollment are no longer experiencing delays. The issue is now fully resolved, and new lists and updates should be working normally.

We’re continuing to monitor the tools closely to ensure all processes recover properly. We have addressed the cause of the list processing and workflow delays, but processing of any updates made between 9am ET and 3pm ET may still be delayed. New lists and updates should now be processing as normal.

Beginning at 9:45 ET on Monday, January 4, list processing and workflow enrollments are delayed for up to 2 hours for some customers. This may impact updates to CRM objects like contacts and companies as well. No data has been lost. Our team is investigating the source of the issue. We'll update this page when more information is available.
