Investigating
We are currently investigating reports that real-time traffic reports are showing no data. This can be seen in Support Cloud (CSC) from under the "Services" pane of a subscriber, and then "Traffic Reports". This can be seen in Operations Cloud (CCO) from under the "Traffic" heading in the top navigation bar. Additional details regarding this matter can be found on the Calix Community here:

This incident affected: United States Applications (Calix Service Cloud (calixcloud.calix.com), Calix Operations Cloud) and Canada Applications (Calix Service Cloud (calixcloud-ca.calix.com), Calix Operations Cloud).
