Update
The engineering team has a fix that is going through the QA pipeline at the moment.

The current ETA is 15 hours until all production environments have the fix deployed.
We will send another update if the ETA changes.

In the meantime, the best workaround to keep predictions running is to replace the affected deployment's model with a newly trained version, as only deployed GA2M models trained before July 12th are affected by this issue.

DataRobot SaaS platform is experiencing Prediction errors from the deployed GA2M models trained before July 12.
Engineering has identified the issue, we are working on a fix.
