A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring the results. We're seeing latency decrease across the cluster and will update again once the backlog is fully processed and latency has returned to a normal range.

We've identified an issue with a subset of Databases, resulting in increased latency in Data Processing and Message Sending for some customers on US01.

Our DBAs are actively working to resolve the issue.
