Our upstream cloud provider is continuing to work to fully mitigate the issue, but all DataRobot services are operating normally again at this point. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update this page if anything changes.

Monitoring
After further investigation, our engineering team believes that the only customer impact was to make logins to the https://app2.datarobot.com website intermittently fail. We have confirmed that a small subset of users experienced failed login attempts and had to refresh the page multiple times in order to successfully authenticate. This issue has now been mitigated, and we believe all services are behaving normally at this point. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

We have isolated the issue to networking issues with our cloud provider. We have allocated resources to ensure we restore services as quickly as possible once the networking issues are resolved. We apologize for the impact.

Investigating
Our cloud provider is reporting network connectivity issues and service degradation which is impacting our Self Service SaaS environment. We expect intermittent service degradation for all customers in the Self Service SaaS environment until this issue is resolved. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate.
