We have implemented a fix and are seeing the API service return to normal. We are monitoring the performance.

Investigating
We are experiencing degradation of our API service. API calls may not be processed or may be delayed. This will also impact accessing UI when viewing pipelines and insights. Jobs not triggered by the API will run as normal. We are investigating the cause and will update accordingly.
