On 13/10/2021 at 1500 UTC our engineers identified an issue with our Identify API being disabled for some customer Sites. What happened? Identify being disabled for these customer Sites meant that any User Attribute calls being made, would silently fail. User Attributes that should've been cached and stored in Insights, were not. Why did this issue occur?
A code change introduced on September 14th resulted in Identify being disabled for a very small number of Sites (165)
