Monitoring
Our datacenter provider confirmed an undersea cable cut is affecting long-distance networking connectivity in JNB. Although local networking within the region was not impacted, we observed packet loss to other remote regions between 14:20 - 19:50 UTC. The situation appears to have stabilized for now and we will continue to monitor.
