Please note that we are currently experiencing a service disruption with the mobile app Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) feature . Users may receive a 'Service Not Available' error message after taking both front and back pictures of a cheque and clicking on the continue button. We are actively investigating and an update will be provided by or before May 29th 7 a.m.PT (10 a.m. ET).
