The issue has been resolved -- all Zaps using Google BigQuery, Snowflake, and Amazon Redshift actions should be running successfully now.

Tasks with the error, "WRITE MultipleObjectsReturned get() returned more than one AppVersionLambdaFunction -- it returned 2!" have been scheduled to be replayed automatically. Any tasks that haven't been automatically replayed should be able to be replayed manually.

The incident started on May 30th, 2023 around 18:00 UTC and was resolved on May 31st, 2023 at 16:23 UTC. No data loss is expected from this incident.
