A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results. We are recovering unprocessed files currently, all new files should be processing correctly. Reach out to the Client Success team with any issues or questions, and we'll continue to monitor and keep this page updated as files are corrected.

We have identified an issue with CDR importers that is preventing files from processing. A fix is being deployed in the next two hours, and we will be monitoring the results.
