We deployed a fix at 15:00 UTC and kept monitoring the site's performance.
The issue did not re-occur and hence is deemed resolved.

Monitoring
Users may experience a sporadic issue when accessing the bitmex.com trading application on web. An error message "Reconnecting to BitMEX" will be shown and the website will reconnect after a few seconds.

Trading is operating normal. All funds remain safe at all times and deposits and withdrawals operate normal, too.

We will continue to monitor this issue.
