Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix for the issue which allowed for all feeds to be generated and delivered within SLA on 09/21.
No further delay expected for 09/22.

Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Bulk Feeds, DCE, and SEO. Expect delayed data delivery for 09/21 - 09/22. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
