DPD have confirmed that they have resolved the intermittent issues on their side, and have asked customers to retry any shipments that are currently in error

DPD have confirmed that they currently experiencing technical issues, and are working on this as a priority and hope to have the services restored as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, they have asked if you can keep trying the service should return shortly
