Please note that CIRA has made the updates to unblock the memberdirect.net domain and the issue should now be resolved. Please have your users close their browsers and or clear their cache to avoid loading the error page from cache.

The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) has advised that the approval process of unblocking the memberdirect.net domain has started and they are working on the ticket.
An update will be provided by or before 2 p.m. PT (5 p.m. ET).

Central 1 continues to work with CIRA to restore services.

Please be advised that some members and staff may be unable to access www6.memberdirect.net, bua.memberdirect.net, and business.memberdirect.net. This is because of a DNS block by the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA).

Central1 is communicating with CIRA to resolve the issue as soon as possible. An update will be provided by 5 p.m. PT (8 p.m. ET).
