Update
The Engineering team continues to monitor our systems as we work towards full recovery. Customers may still be experiencing some sporadic API errors and delays on data ingestion from our 3rd party integrations. Next update by 4:45pm PT.

Monitoring
Fixes have been implemented by AWS and we are starting to see our systems recover. Customers may still experience some sporadic API errors and delays on data ingestion from our 3rd party integrations as the system recovers. During the impacted period customers may also have experienced campaign send time optimization and channel optimization failures. We will continue to monitor and work with our AWS partner to make sure no further issues occur and recovery is complete. Next update will be at 3:30 PM PST or sooner.

Investigating
Beginning at approximately 11:54 AM PST multiple API endpoints are seeing an increase in 5xx errors due to an AWS US-East-1 outage. This is also impacting multiple integration connections within our system as well. Our team is continuing investigating and working with our vendor on mitigation steps.
