What was the Impact: Player v7 was not loading in some KMCs and embeds. Player v7 is now performing normally.
Current Status: The previous issue has been resolved and normal performance has been verified.

What is the Impact: Player v7 is partially not available within KMC and embeds. v7 Player will either not load or return 500 error pages. (Player v2 is not affected and is operating normally.)
Current Status: Our engineering team was alerted immediately and is currently working to resolve as quickly as possible.
