This incident has now been resolved and you should now be able to access the App History, Webhook and App Listing screens on the Manage Apps screen within developer.xero.com

We are currently experiencing issues with the navigation bar on the Manage Apps screen within developer.xero.com. It is not currently possible to view the App History, Webhook or App Listing screens.
