Monitoring

A fix has been deployed, and previously observed failure cases are no longer being delayed, and are now functioning as normal. We'll continue monitoring. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, some delayed form submissions will not be retroactively processed. The data isn't lost, but further effort is required to re-process those missing submissions.

We're seeing intermittent issues with form submissions, resulting in long delays in processing. We are currently investigating.
