Monitoring
We are aware of delayed delivery of inbound mail for SMX customers on Microsoft 365, due to Microsoft rate-limiting of SMX IP addresses. We have moved mail delivery to an alternative delivery address until the rate-limiting issue has been resolved. Any mail queued for delivery against Microsoft 365 has now been delivered.

Currently some inbound emails for Office 365 are being queued .There will be a delays in receiving emails. We are investigating the cause of this at present.
