Update
Based on AWS messages, AZ2(2B) is having networking issues and that is consistent with what we are seeing. Services continue to work with occasional hiccups depending on the routing. We are also adjusting resources as needed to continue to stay up while AWS recovery is happening.

AWS US-West-2 is reporting some networking and load balancer issues (https://status.aws.amazon.com/). We are seeing some some performance impact alerts but continue to be running.
