Update
The deployment is still rolling to the impacted regions, some customers may begin to see signs of recovery.

Microsoft has updated a preliminary RCA for the initial impact to Microsoft services and it is available on their Status history page: https://status.azure.com/status/history/. It has been sent to all impacted customers via Azure service health messaging under tracking ID LN01-P8Z .

Microsoft currently has a deployment in progress, in line with safe deployment practices, to mitigate residual impact to Azure Storage. We will continue to provide updates as soon as we have more information

Update
Microsoft has completed rollout of a fix addressing the Azure Active Directory underlying cause, mitigating impact to Azure Active Directory and the Azure Portal. Some customers may be seeing preliminary signs of recovery.
At this time, a subset of Azure services may be experiencing residual impact due to downstream impact to Azure Storage and Azure Key Vault services; These services are continuing to pursue recovery actions.

As of the latest update received from Microsoft, at this time, some customers may notice that the ability to log into the Portal has been restored, but that some resource or subscription information may not currently be visible from the Portal UI. We will continue to provide updates as soon as we have more information.

We are aware of continued access issues with the Azure Portal despite Microsoft's rollout of a fix. We are in active discussions with Microsoft to get this resolved as soon as possible.

As of the latest update received from Microsoft, they are currently rolling out mitigation worldwide. Customers should begin seeing recovery at this time, with full mitigation expected within 60 minutes.

Microsoft has updated the scope of the issue: a subset of customers may experience issues authenticating into Microsoft services, including Microsoft Teams, Office and/or Dynamics, Xbox Live, and the Azure Portal.
