E-Commerce merchants syncs failures overnight in Production

The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to use our scheduled sync functionality without disruption for our Sync For Commerce module.

Update
We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently implementing a fix to remediate the issue.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have successfully tested and rolled out a fix in Production, and no later than 4PM GMT.

Investigating
We are actively investigating an issue that prevented our Sync for commerce module from completing scheduled syncs last night.

Affected users will notice that scheduled overnight syncs for their e-commerce merchants did not complete successfully. As a workaround, affected clients can choose to manually trigger a sync while we work to resolve this issue.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 12PM GMT.
