We are aware of issues affecting the Crypto.com prepaid card top ups, as well as problems loading card and fiat wallet (exception of US) balances in the App. We are working with our service providers to have these restored shortly.

This incident affected: Crypto.com App (Card and Staking) and Crypto.com App Wallet (Withdrawals, Deposits, Fiat Wallets).
