This service issue has now been resolved. If your Squiz Cloud-hosted instance was affected a report will be forwarded to your nominated contact within 7 business days. If you do not receive the report, please contact Squiz Support.

Monitoring
We have resolved an issue affecting all customers with primary systems hosted in the Melbourne DC. Squiz Teams and our data centre provider are still monitoring to ensure connectivity and stability.

A Post Incident Report will be made available for all affected customers once investigations have concluded.

Squiz monitoring systems have detected an issue affecting all customers with primary systems hosted in the Melbourne DC.

Multiple Squiz teams are working with the Data Centre provider. At this time root cause and ETR is unknown. We will provide a further update in 15 minutes.

We will post updates as soon as they become available to status.squiz.cloud.
