We have determined that the Skytap Portal is experiencing some performance issues related to ongoing Azure issues https://status.azure.com/en-us/status

We are taking steps to mitigate the impact of this issue in the affected regions. The following regions have been placed in maintenance mode. Runstate changes in the following regions are expected to fail:

IE-Dublin-M-1
NL-Amsterdam-M-1
SG-Singapore-M-1
UK-London-M-1
UK-London-M-2
