A subset of tenants with Zuora IDs ZID-NA2-PROD-23, ZID-NA2-PROD-45 in NA2 production environment, and ZID-EU1-PROD-1 in EU1 production environment are experiencing delays in Real Time Sync for Zuora 360.
Our Engineers are actively working on a fix with the highest priority.
