This issue has now been resolved.

A communication will be sent out to customer who are still missing data, and those remaining customers will have this data backfilled over the coming weekend.

Monitoring
We have verified that fix has started parsing and writing the data correctly and we are now monitoring the situation.

Effected customers will have re-syncs triggered to backfill the missing data in the coming days.

We are currently in the process of reviewing the fix that was deployed.

We are currently rolling out the fix and as a part of it, re-syncs will be initiated for some connectors.

For those that this is triggered for, please note that this will cause the following sync to be longer than usual.

Update
The issue causing this delay is that Webhook events, which we use to catch new data and incremental changes, were not being parsed correctly on from the Webhook event bucket on the Fivetran side.

We are currently working on a fix for this, but our plan is to reset the cursor for affected customers to 1 month back for Webhook event data only.
