Between 14:00 UTC to 17:00 UTC, we experienced an issue where authentication policy changes were not reflecting for Atlassian Access. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Investigating

We are investigating issue with authentication policies not reflecting the changes in GUI for some Cloud customers. We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.
