Socialbakers Suite is not responding/loading to new users

The Socialbakers Suite stopped loading and responding. The problem was because Dashboard’s DB, which got under load. Unfortunately, the same DB is responsible for establishing new (client’s connections), so the whole ecosystem got overwhelmed.

All newly connected client sockets were unable to finish authentication because of timeouts. This resulted in Socialbakers Suite as a whole to be inaccessible to most of the new connections for the duration of the outage.
