The incident has been resolved for all customers in these regions. We are directly communicating with select few customers with recommended client side changes.

A fix has been implemented, connections to Astra Serverless databases in Azure EU West and Azure US west have been restored. We are working with customers that use private link to connect to Astra Serverless to migrate the private end points.
