Update
We have identified an issue with a third-party Payment provider Poynt impacting Mindbody Payment Processing Poynt device hardware. Mindbody Subscribers using Poynt payment processing hardware are currently receiving a network errors on the device and are unable to process credit card transactions. We are working with the third party payment processer Poynt to correct the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while Poynt works to restore services. We have identified a payment processing vendor, Poynt, impacting Mindbody Payment Processing Poynt device hardware. Mindbody Subscribers using Poynt payment processing hardware are currently receiving a network error on the device and are unable to process credit card transactions through it.
