The third-party vendor states it has resolved the recent performance issue with their system, which was causing timeouts to occur, or possibly longer load times for the Auvik UI. The issues with Auvik's site are now marked as resolved and are closed.

We’ve identified the source of the performance issue with the subscription issues. Timeouts may occur, or you could experience longer load times for the UI. We are waiting on a third party to resolve their delay issues. The responsible vendor is in recovery mode at this time. We will post updates as we have them.
