We are continuing to investigate the 406 error. As a workaround, you can still access the app via this URL: https://www.formstack.com/admin/user/login

Investigating

We are aware there is a 406 error when attempting to access https://www.formstack.com/. The app itself is still up and running, as are forms, however the URL is currently inaccessible. We will update once we have identified a cause.
