It has also been confirmed that this impacted a very minor portion of our user base. Though this is the case, we remain actively engaged until all users are restored.

Upon initial investigation it has been observed that this is impacting a sub-portion of Sharpen Q users. The percentage is not quantified, but some users are not impacted. We are continuing our investigation and will restore service as soon as possible.

We are aware of an issue which is impacting Sharpen Q Phone availability in our IZ0 isolation zone. We have all resources engaged and will restore service as soon as possible.
