A fix has been implemented and API is fully operational. We are no longer seeing any 5xx errors related to this incident. We will continue monitoring to make sure everything continues to operate as expected. Next update at 6 pm PST.

Our engineering team has put a solution in place for the majority of customers so that they should no longer be experiencing 5xx errors on API. We've identified the subset still being impacted and we are working directly with them on a resolution. Root cause is still under investigation. Next update at 2:30 PM PST
