Through further investigation of the document processing outage on 12/07/2021, we have discovered that a small portion of documents that we scheduled for re-processing following the event failed a second time.

We've enqueued the affected documents for processing and they will appear in the document FTP gateway and the document API shortly. If you need information about the affected batches for your own record-keeping, please contact support.
