The Language selection issue is now resolved. Clients can resume using the portal to create new requests.

Investigating
Currently clients cannot select locale pairs in the Client Portal and this prevents creation of new requests. This issue is being investigated as a top priority. For the time being, please ask your clients to send requests via email.
