On Mar 2, 2022at 10:32:00 ET we experienced an issue on the Enom platform due to port exhaustion on our load balancers. The Network Operations & System Engineering teams were engaged to mitigate the issue. To help the team find a solution we engaged the manufacturer and conducted an investigation.

On Mar 2, 2022 at 15:25:00 ET the teams resolved the problem on the load balancers and restored the service.

Tucows is to revisit the business operations process to prevent future similar issues. 

Tucows is to revise and improve monitoring for better visibility.

Update
We have identified an issue with API Tokens in the production environment. API calls sent with API Tokens will fail with "Bad User name or Password". Account passwords are working with API calls as intended

Update
As of now, most account UI and API actions are working for customers with intermittent failures. However, we are seeing consistent failures with account contact updates at this moment.

Our support systems remain impacted and our team continues to investigate the cause.

Investigating
Our support team is experiencing an issue accessing admin tools to assist customers.

Domains continue to resolve, and our support team is still able to assist with general enquiries at this time. Live support may be affected until the issue is resolved.

This issue is also affecting some registry connections (e.g. incoming transfers, EPP Key/Auth Code requests).

Our engineering team is investigating the root cause at this time; updates will be provided as they come available.
