On Mar 2, 2022at 10:32:00 ET we experienced an issue on the Enom platform due to port exhaustion on our load balancers. The Network Operations & System Engineering teams were engaged to mitigate the issue. To help the team find a solution we engaged the manufacturer and conducted an investigation.
On Mar 2, 2022 at 15:25:00 ET the teams resolved the problem on the load balancers and restored the service.
Tucows is to revisit the business operations process to prevent future similar issues.
Tucows is to revise and improve monitoring for better visibility.
