User filters are not being applied when sending bulk messages to tenants. We are continuing to investigate. All other bulk actions have since been resolved.

Investigating
We've identified an issue with our user filters not applying properly when used in combination with our bulk actions. This includes sending emails, adding/removing users from groups, or bulk enrolling and unenrolling. User exports are also not containing the correct filtered user data.

We recommend not using any of these bulk actions at this time as the user filters are not being applied properly. Our team has identified the issue and are currently working on a fix for this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
